Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped rotisserie chicken
  • 1 cup shredded low-fat mozzarella
  • 1 cup shredded mild cheddar
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 3/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 6 to 8 flour tortillas (6 inches)

Directions

  1. Combine chicken, mozzarella, cheddar, cream cheese, Buffalo sauce, ranch dressing and green onions in a bowl until fully mixed.
  2. Scoop out 1/4 to 1/2 cup of mix and spread evenly in the tortilla.
  3. Roll the tortilla into a taquito, using water at the edge of the tortilla to seal. Repeat.
  4. Place six taquitos onto an air fryer tray and spray with cooking spray. Cook in the air fryer at 375° for 8-10 minutes. Remove; let the taquitos cool for 3-5 minutes before eating. Drizzle with additional Buffalo sauce and ranch dressing if you like.
