Air-Fryer Okra

After a blast in the air-fryer, grassy, mild-tasting okra becomes crispy and addictive. Air-fryer okra is an easy side dish recipe that takes just minutes to make with fresh okra, olive oil and a few seasonings.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound fresh okra pods
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°. Toss together all ingredients. Place okra on greased tray in air-fryer basket. Cook until tender and lightly browned, 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
