Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 4 medium apples, julienned
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
Directions
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice and salt. Stir in remaining ingredients.
