Ingredients
- 4 medium baking potatoes (about 1-1/4 pounds)
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Cut each potato into 12 wedges; place in a large bowl. Add the remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Arrange in a single layer in a 15x10x1-in. baking pan coated with cooking spray.
