Banana Daiquiri

We make our frozen banana daiquiri with fresh bananas, coconut milk, lime juice, simple syrup and rum. After one sip of this slushy summertime sipper, you'll feel transported to the tropics!

Ingredients

  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 1 ounce coconut milk
  • 1 ounce simple syrup
  • 1/4 ounce lime juice
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 large banana, sliced
  • Maraschino cherry, optional

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender; cover and process until smooth. Pour into a chilled glass. If desired, garnish with cherry and additional banana.
