Broiled Greek Fish Fillets

Ingredients

  • 1 small red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 8 tilapia fillets (4 ounces each)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup pitted Greek olives, sliced

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler. Mix first 7 ingredients.
  2. Place tilapia on a 15x10x1-in. pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread onion mixture down center of fillets; top with cheese and olives.
  3. Broil 3-4 in. from heat until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 6-9 minutes.
