Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened and cubed
- 8 ounces crumbled goat cheese
- 1-1/2 cups grape tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 French bread baguette, sliced and toasted
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°. Spread cream cheese and goat cheese into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Evenly distribute tomatoes, parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, parsley, salt and pepper over top. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
- Bake until bubbly and browned, 20-25 minutes. Drizzle with olive oil; serve with toasted baguette slices for dipping.
