Chicken Taco Fettuccine

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces uncooked fettuccine
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 to 4-1/2 teaspoons taco seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Cook fettuccine according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook the chicken in oil for 4-5 minutes over medium heat or until heated through Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer.
  2. Whisk in cream and taco seasoning until blended. Cook and stir until heated through (do not boil). Stir in cheese. Drain fettuccine; toss with chicken mixture.
