Chopped Chicken Caesar Salad Sandwiches

Imagine: A creamy garlicky dressing, crunchy romaine lettuce and hearty chicken all encased in a chewy bun that's like a super-sized crouton. These chopped chicken Caesar salad sandwiches are simple, delightful and perfect for salad lovers.
Ingredients
- 1 can (12-1/2 ounces) chunk white chicken, drained or 1 cup finely chopped cooked chicken
- 2 cups torn romaine, finely chopped
- 4 ounces cherry tomatoes, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons creamy Caesar salad dressing
- 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 4 ciabatta rolls, split and toasted
- Freshly cracked black pepper
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine first 5 ingredients until well combined. Divide mixture among bottom halves of rolls; sprinkle with freshly cracked pepper. Replace tops; secure with toothpicks, if desired.
