We love Girl Scout cookies, especially Samoas, but you can buy those only once a year. I started tweaking a tried-and-true no-bake cookie recipe and wound up with this Samoa taste-alike. It’s a wonderful recipe to make with help from the kids! ! —Donna Gribbins, Shelbyville, Kentucky
