Creamy Apricot Stuffed Dates

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon boiling water
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds, toasted and finely chopped
- 20 each pitted dates
Directions
- Place first five ingredients in a bowl of a food processor fitted with blade attachment; pulse until smooth.
- Carefully make a slit in the center of each date; fill with cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with almonds. Serve immediately; refrigerate leftovers.
