This Dijon mustard-crusted fish recipe features a flavorful coating made with tangy and rich mayonnaise, aromatic Dijon mustard, spicy horseradish and crunchy bread crumbs. Dijon Mustard-Crusted Fish Ingredients

  • Mayonnaise
  • Lemon juice
  • Dijon mustard
  • Prepared horseradish
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • Tilapia fillets
  • Dry bread crumbs
  • Butter
  • Lemon wedges

Directions

Step 1: Make the mustard mixture

Mix the first 4 ingredients and 1 tablespoon cheese.

Preheat the oven to 425°F. Mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, horseradish and 1 tablespoon of Parmesan cheese. Place the tilapia fillets on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.

Sprinkle them with salt and pepper.

Spread fish evenly with mayonnaise mixture.

Spread the mustard mixture evenly over the fillets.

Step 2: Top with bread crumbs

Toss bread crumbs with melted butter and remaining cheese;

Step 3: Bake the fish

Bake the fish fillets until they just begins to flake easily with a fork, about 12 to 15 minutes. If desired, serve them with lemon wedges.
