Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 springs fresh oregano, leaves removed and chopped
  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon red chile pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper
