Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 teaspoons orange marmalade
  • 2 ounces fresh orange juice
  • 1/2 ounce blue agave syrup, optional
  • 4 ounces tequila blanco
  • 1 ounce blue curacao
  • 2 ounces fresh lime juice
  • 4 ounces sparkling water
  • Mandarin orange or lemon slice, shark gummy candy and cocktail umbrella straw, for garnish

Directions

  1. Fill 2 cocktail glasses with ice. In an empty cocktail shaker, combine orange marmalade, orange juice and, if using, agave; muddle. Add tequila, blue curacao and lime juice. Fill with ice; cover and shake until frost forms on the outside of the shaker, 15-20 seconds.
  2. Strain into prepared glasses. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with orange or lemon slices, shark gummies and umbrella straws.
