Espresso Milkshakes

A jolt of caffeine from espresso combines with rich and creamy vanilla ice cream to make espresso milkshakes—a delicious (and indulgent) afternoon pick-me-up.
Ingredients
- 2 ounces brewed espresso, chilled
- 2 cups vanilla bean ice cream
- 1/4 cup cold whole milk
- Whipped cream and chocolate-covered espresso beans, optional
Directions
- Combine espresso and ice cream in a blender; puree until smooth. Add milk; puree until smooth.
- Pour into 2 serving glasses; garnish with whipped cream and chocolate-covered espresso beans, if desired. Serve immediately.
