This fabulously fruity, refreshing and nutritious red smoothie made with strawberries, raspberries and yogurt will be a hit with kids and grown-ups alike.
Ingredients
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup cranberry juice
- 1 cup strawberry yogurt
- 1-1/2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 1 cup frozen unsweetened raspberries
- 1 to 1-1/2 teaspoons sugar
- Optional: mint sprigs and fresh strawberries or raspberries
Directions
- In a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. Pour into chilled glasses; if desired, garnish with mint sprigs and fresh strawberries. Serve immediately.
