Green Pea Casserole

Ingredients

  • 5 cups frozen peas (about 20 ounces), thawed
  • 1 celery rib, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 package (6 ounces) stuffing mix

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. Mix first 6 ingredients; transfer to a greased 11x7-in baking dish. Prepare stuffing mix according to package directions. Spread over pea mixture. Bake, uncovered, until lightly browned, 20-25 minutes.
