Lucy Wang’s Shaved Ice

Total Time Prep: 15 min. + freezing
Yield 2 servings
This shaved ice recipe is all about making it your own! The tiny pieces of ice melt harmoniously with fresh seasonal fruits, sweetened condensed milk and a mix of toppings. I like sprinkling on crunchy, colorful cereal and something chewy like mochi or gummy candy. —Lucy Wang, Los Angeles, California
