This shaved ice recipe is all about making it your own! The tiny pieces of ice melt harmoniously with fresh seasonal fruits, sweetened condensed milk and a mix of toppings. Ingredients
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup chopped peeled Ataulfo or honey mango
- 1/2 cup sliced ripe banana
- 1/4 cup rainbow mochi, gummy candy or crunchy cereal
- 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
- 2 scoops ice cream
Directions
- In a high powered blender, blend 2 cups ice cubes until very fine (like snowflakes). Scoop into two bowls; freeze 10-15 minutes.
- Garnish with fruit, mochi, gummy bears, cereal, or other toppings. Drizzle with condensed milk and finish with a scoop of ice cream.
