Mixed Veggies and Rice

Ingredients

  • 4 packages (10 ounces each) frozen long grain white rice with mixed vegetables
  • 12 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth or light beer
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • Butter, optional

Directions

  1. In a 5-qt. slow cooker, combine first 6 ingredients. Cook, covered, on low 3-4 hours or until heated through. If desired, serve with butter.
