Nick's Corn Pudding

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cans (one 15-1/4 ounces, one 8-3/4 ounces) whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 4-1/2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, beat eggs and cream. Add corn and butter. Combine the remaining ingredients; stir into corn mixture. Pour into a greased 1-1/2-qt. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45-55 minutes or until set and golden brown.
