    Ingredients

    • 4-1/2 cups water
    • 1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
    • 2 cups shredded carrots
    • 1 cup steel-cut oats
    • 1 cup raisins
    • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
    • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
    • Brown sugar, optional

    Directions

    1. In a 6-qt. electric pressure cooker coated with cooking spray, combine the first 7 ingredients. Lock lid; close pressure-release valve. Adjust to pressure-cook on high for 10 minutes. Allow pressure to naturally release for 10 minutes, then quick-release any remaining pressure. If desired, sprinkle with brown sugar.
