Ingredients

  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 2/3 cup soy or oat milk
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2 teaspoons agave nectar
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 3 tablespoons granola
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the first 7 ingredients; cover and process for 30 seconds or until smooth. Pour into two chilled bowls; top with granola, coconut and chia seeds. Serve immediately.
