Rosemary-Grapefruit Cashews
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons ruby red grapefruit juice
- 2 tablespoons grated grapefruit zest
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh rosemary
- 2 cups lightly salted cashews

In a large bowl, stir together juice, zest and rosemary. Add cashews; stir to combine. Spread on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake until fragrant and nuts start to brown, 12-14 minutes.
