Saucy Maple Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt, divided
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°. Place Brussels sprouts on a rimmed baking sheet. Drizzle with oil; sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon salt. Toss to coat. Roast until crispy, 20-25 minutes.
- In a large bowl, whisk mayonnaise and syrup until combined. Add Brussels spouts; toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 teaspoon salt.
