Crispy potato skins and creamy insides make these roasted seasoned red potatoes a hit side dish, ready to serve alongside your protein of choice.
Ingredients
- 12 to 14 small red potatoes, quartered
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°. Place potatoes in an ungreased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. In a small bowl, combine butter, oil and seasonings. Drizzle over potatoes; stir to coat.
- Bake until tender, 55-60 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.
