Ingredients
- 4 plain bagels, split
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1-1/2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1-1/2 teaspoons minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 to 1 cup pizza sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- toppings:
- Mini pepperoni
- Chopped fresh pineapple
- Chopped Canadian bacon
- Chopped cooked chicken
- Chopped green onions
- Buffalo wing sauce
- Ranch salad dressing
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°. Place bagel halves cut side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. In a small bowl, combine butter, oil, garlic and parsley. Brush over bagels. Bake until golden brown, 4-6 minutes
- Flip bagels over, top with 1-2 tablespoons pizza sauce. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Garnish with toppings as desired. Bake until cheese is melted and bubbly, 10-12 minutes. If desired, drizzle with Buffalo sauce or ranch dressing.
