Huawei is a Chinese company founded in 1987 by Ren Zhengfei. The company is the largest telecommunications equipment manufacturer in the world. Huawei makes a wide range of smartphone devices in every price segment. The high demand for premium smartphones helped the company to establish itself as one of the leading smartphone manufacturers alongside Apple and Samsung.

 The company is best known for the two premium smartphone lines - the Huawei P and Huawei Mate series.
