Netflix just updated its mobile HDR and Dolby Vision streaming list with the newly-announced Android phones capable of reproducing those titles in their due gorgeousness. So far, it has certified just the LG G6 as able to display its Dolby Vision footage as the creators intended, yet, given the standard's requirements, it seems that both LG and Dolby might have cut a few corners to certify the G6 display as Dolby Vision compatible.

When it comes to the more popular HDR-10 format, though, Netflix just added two more phones to the LG and Sony handsets that were already listed as having panels that can display the standard. That makes for five phones in total that you can enjoy rich color streaming on, provided that you have the latest Netflix 5.0 app version installed.
