Apple released WatchOS 3.1 for owners of its smart wearable, the Apple Watch. Rather than adding major new features, the update is about bug fixes and minor changes. Apple has added a new option to replay bubble and full-screen effects in iMessage, and messages effects can now play with Reduce Motion enabled.

An issue that could pause the notification for Timer complete has been fixed as well, along with a problem that could prevent the Apple Watch Series 2 from charging fully. A bug that would make Activity rings disappear from the watch face, along with an issue that prevented Force Touch options from showing up in third-party apps have been fixed as well.

This about completes the official watchOS 3.1 change log. If you want to update your Apple Watch, go to the dedicated app on your iPhone and tap Software Update. The watch needs to be docked and its battery loaded to at least 50% for the procedure.
