Google lent the Pixel 3 for 7 magazine covers, and got Annie Leibovitz to ditch her iPhone
This may be precisely why Google decided to showcase the new Pixel 3 and 3 XL camera by partnering with the photography giants from Condé Nast. The publishing juggernaut has issued what is likely its largest ever synchronized magazine cover campaign.
No less than seven November covers of some of the more popular magazines in the portfolio - Allure, Architectural Digest, Bon Appétit, Condé Nast Traveler, Glamour, GQ and W - were captured with Google’s newest Pixel 3 phone as part of a paid advertising placement.

The Queen of old-school picture-taking will now be traveling "around the country, capturing portraits of inspiring people and places." We can't wait for the final results from this projects that are sure to cement Google's reputation as an imaging giant that often makes us overlook whatever disadvantages its Pixel phones might have, real or imagined.
