Basically, the innards of both handsets are exact with the exception of the Wi-Fi chip, but thankfully this operation won't require any coding or serials numbers to function correctly. So if you happen to know a friend or two who happens to have an unused Verizon Palm Pixi Plus laying around, you can perform your own careful surgery at your own risk – but in the end, you'll have a live and breathing Sprint Palm Pixi with Wi-Fi.
