In a tit-for-tat game, Samsung has filed a complaint against Apple with the United States International Trade Commission, asking for an investigation into "certain Mobile Electronic Devices, Including Wireless Communication Devices, Portable Music and Data Processing Devices, and Tablet Computer”, which it could have just referred to as iDevices, since we all know who is this aimed towards.
Not much else is known at this point, but it seems to be a countermove for what Apple did by filing in South Korea on the 22nd of June, after Samsung was denied access to the next iPhone and iPad, but Apple was denied banning Samsung's newest gadgets from being sold in the US last week.
The game is heating up, especially with Apple trying to drop Samsung's components supply like a bad habit, or at least diversify by moving to the TSMC foundry, in light of these legal tussles.
