It´s not the first time LG has showed off brand new models that have not been previously announced. This time around this happened at a dedicated event hosted by the manufacturer in the Netherlands, where the media was allowed a sneak peek at a dozen feature phones. We have already met some of them, like the LG GT400 that surfaced back at CeBIT 2010, but we know the device will actually roll out by the name of Viewty Smile. Also, we have already reviewed the LG GM205 and we must admit we are quite impressed by the functionality of the likeable midget.

Perhaps the most interesting newcomer, however, is the LG Cookie Music. It seems the manufacturer intends to further expand the Cookie series and the latest family member will be armed with 4GB built-in memory, 5-megapixel camera, 3.5mm headphone jack as well as support for Dolby Mobile and HSDPA networks. The picture also reveals the handset features touch-sensitive buttons, similarly to the LG ARENA KM900.

GT405
The LG GT405 is aimed at multimedia fans (or at least that´s what the manufacturer says) and will be equipped with 5-megapixel camera, 3-inch display, FM radio, microSD slot and 3G. Allegedly, the device will run S-Class interface, although the image shows it´s actually similar to the edition running on the LG Pop GD510.
The LG Pure seems like the most spectacular of them all – this is a slider that stakes on design and not equipped with touch-sensitive screen. Aside from lean, elegant body, the cell phone offers 5-megapixel camera, FM radio and microSD expansion slot that takes cards of up to 32GB capacity.
According to LG, what the KS365 would attract youngsters with is its exceptional text messaging capabilities. The device is actually direct successor to the KS360, but similarly to the GW370 Shannon, features a fully functional touch-sensitive screen that measures 2.4 inches. The other specifications include 2-megapixel camera, FM radio and full QWERTY keyboard.
The LG GU230 and LG Jacquar 5 are handsets with basic functionality relying on overall look and appeal. The former will try to win over ladies and roll out with 1.3-megapixel camera and 2.2-inch display. Supposedly, the LG Jacquar 5 will feature an exceptionally beautiful and attractive design, although this is not immediately evident in the picture. It will sport VGA camera and pretty basic functionality.
As you can see, there are quite a few missing details on the handsets LG showed off in the Netherlands, but we will surely find out more when they get officially announced. Most probably, all of them will be sold across Europe and Asia.
