Motorola’s affordable Moto G smartphone is already available in the US, but for now there’s no CDMA model on sale, only two GSM/HSPA+ ones. Still, a CDMA Moto G should be released next year, and it appears that Boost Mobile will be among the carriers to offer it.
@evleaks revealed an image that shows a Boost Mobile-bound Moto G. There’s nothing special about the handset itself, as it looks just like the Moto G we’re already familiar with. The date on the home screen reads February 5, so maybe that’s when Boost will launch it.
It’s said that a Moto G for Verizon will also be released early next year. Moreover, since Boost belongs to Sprint, perhaps the latter will have its own Moto G as well.
The GSM/HSPA+ Moto
G is currently being sold for as low as $179 unlocked. It would make sense for the CDMA version to be priced similarly.

It runs Android 4.4 KitKat (at least in the US), featuring a 4.5 inch 720p IPS display, quad-core 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 processor, 1GB of RAM, 5MP rear camera with LED Flash, and a 2,070 mAh battery. Anyone looking for a sub-$200 smartphone will have a hard time finding a better choice than the Moto G.
