Tinder adds Spotify integration, lets you add songs to your profile

If you were struggling to come up with a way of freshing up your Tinder profile, Spotify has something to throw your way. If you have a Spotify account, you can now link it to your Tinder profile and have the latter display your top Spotify songs.

You can choose your personal "Anthem" song as well, and have it shown below your Tinder bio... you know, just like in the days of MySpace profile songs, complete with the ability to play the tune from inside Tinder. What's best, listening to Anthems doesn't require a Spotify account.

As you go on swiping potential dates, you can also check out their favorite songs and artists, comparing their musical tastes with yours. Additionally, Tinder and Spotify have created "Tinder Music" playlists with cheeky names such as "Pre-Swipe," "Discovery," "Match," "Love at First Swipe," and "Date Night."

The integration is available everywhere where Spotify is present, which amounts to 59 countries across the world.
