Updated eBay for BlackBerry app helps users find the best deal

BlackBerry users can now find the best deal for certain products thanks to the newly updated eBay app for the platform. The upgraded software now includes Deal Finder which compares a product's price on the auction site, to the prices being charged for the same thing at retailers like Amazon and Best Buy.

Additionally, shoppers will know be sent the best discounts available on electronics, video, music and books. The Daily Deal feature in the app will be replaced by Deal Finder and the software now respond to shortcuts typed on the BlackBerry keyboard. The upgrade also allows for quicker loading time for shipping details, including faster calculations of the shipping rate on purchases.
