Wi-Fi-only Samsung Galaxy Tab is delayed by Samsung
Well, that didn't work out very well. Almost a month ago, we told you that the Wi-Fi-only version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab made an appearance on Best Buy, while a few days after that it met the federal government. All this hints to imminent release, but here we are nearly a month after that with the news that the Wi-Fi version of the Samsung Galaxy Tab is delayed by the manufacturer. Sadly, neither a reason , nor a new release date are provided and we can only guess what caused the postponement.

As we informed you, Samsung officially confirmed that the Galaxy Tab is selling well and that the Android-powered tablet is on its way to meet the original target of shipping 1 million Galaxy Tab units to the customers by the end of 2010. This seems like a setback for all users who were looking forward to buy a Wi-Fi-only Samsung Galaxy Tab in order to save a few dollars from the expensive data plans provided by the carriers. Hopefully, in the next few days more light will be shed on the reason for the delay and an official date for the launch of the Samsung Galaxy Tab will emerge.
