It's very difficult and and very hard and give you the runaround running around there's not easy as it looks like in the YouTube videos I'm having trouble with it I had to reset it for something forgot the passcode or the pen and it's just taking me mad at like 4 or 5 days and I still can't even get it and residents no help and it's prepaid it's been 400 dollars for nothing very bad phone by Verizon did not I haven't able to get a hold of that customer support from Motorola Motorola Verizonor Verizon to help me out with it
