I have been very happy with the Hongmi Note. While it is no where near the best option for a phone, it is pretty stellar considering the price. The one drawback (storage space) can (somewhat) be redeemed by the ability to add an SD card for extra storage. I am quickly becoming a convert to the MIUI interface (I have been using Cyanogenmod for 5+ years). I enjoy the shape, size, and design of the phone. The camera works well from what I can tell (I am in China, so every picture looks like there is pollution in the background, because well.... there is pollution in the background).
