Parmesan Yogurt Dip

With a cool, creamy base and a bold kick from mustard and Parmesan, this Parmesan yogurt dip pulls double duty as a snack dip and sandwich spread.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Assorted vegetables and crackers

Directions

  1. In a bowl, combine yogurt, Parmesan cheese, sour cream, parsley, green onion, mustard, onion powder, salt and pepper. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. If desired, top with additional green onions and pepper just before serving. Serve with assorted vegetables and crackers.
